Privacy Policy

Your privacy is extremely important to us. This Privacy Policy applies to any and all services, applications and websites offered by Sofanatics.

Our primary goal in collecting information is to enable you to enjoy Sofanatics.

We will provide your information to third party companies to perform services on our behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, e-mail delivery, hosting services, customer service and to assist us in our marketing efforts. We direct all such third party service providers to maintain the confidentiality of the information disclosed to them and to not use your information for any purpose other than to provide services on Sofanatics' behalf.

We do not actively share personal information with third party advertisers for their direct marketing purposes unless you give us your consent. If we wish to share in this fashion, we will ask for your consent. Advertisers, however, may obtain public information about you from your profile or other public sources.

Our collection, use, and disclosure of anonymous and aggregated information are not subject to any of the restrictions in this Privacy Policy.

If Sofanatics undergoes a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, we may transfer all of your information, including personal information, to the successor organization in such transition.

Sofanatics accounts

Sofanatics users provide their names and information when signing in to the service. Here are some commitments you make to us relating to registering and maintaining the security of your account:

1. You will only provide accurate personal information on Sofanatics, and will only create an account for yourself.
2. You will keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date.
3. You will not transfer your account to anyone without first getting our written permission.
4. You won't impersonate another person.
5. You are of legal age to agree to these terms and conditions.
6. You won't share your password, let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account.
7. You will not act abusively on Sofanatics.

Sofanatics is not actively monitoring the content submitted to its service. Sofanatics is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of the content submitted by its users.

Your account may be terminated without warning if we believe that you are in breach of any of these terms.
